Meet Zarina
As it is the story of many Gen-X women, founding out I had ADHD came when I was 40. Learning there was nothing wrong with me or that I wasn't broken brought tremendous relief, understanding and compassion toward myself.
Little did I know that this would explain, in part, why managing money required Herculean efforts. In all honesty, it's the biggest ADHD challenge I had to face and one I was determined to overcome, even with the belief that my brain was incapable of becoming good at managing money.
Stuck in a money chaos, I needed to pull my head out of the sand, and put an end to this nonsense.
It became clear that I needed to develop the skills and gain knowledge otherwise, nothing would change.
This process allowed me to discover that the biggest ADHD block was a profound disinterest for managing money, leading to decades of ignoring my financial situation.
Then one day, something unexpected happened. I caught my self thinking: Am I starting to have fun playing with numbers?
Right this second I knew that if I was able to go from minus a trillion in interest for money to having fun managing it, anyone could! That's how the book A-Bun-Dance 4 Your Finance came to be.
